Job Description
- Position DetailsJob Title: Helper
- Number of Open Positions: 8–10
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary: ₹500 per day
- Overtime: Applicable after 6:00 PM as per company requirements
Job SummaryWe are looking for hardworking and dedicated Helpers to support supervisors and team members in day-to-day operational activities. Candidates should be willing to learn, assist the team, and maintain discipline at the workplace. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist supervisors and staff in daily operational work
- Support loading, unloading, shifting, and handling of materials if required
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors and management
- Assist in basic site/workshop activities as assigned
- Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed
- Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow execution

- Physically fit and willing to work in a field/site environment if required
