HR Apprentice / HR Trainee

Location: Pune & Gujarat

Stipend:

• BBA (HR): ₹20,000 per month
• MBA (HR): ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain HR-related records accurately.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Maintain employee documentation and personnel records.
• Track and manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS reports.
• Support administrative and day-to-day HR activities.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employee documents.
• Handle employee queries and provide administrative support as required.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Eligibility Criteria

• BBA (HR) or MBA (HR) graduates.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
