Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, employee engagement, attendance, documentation, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare and release offer letters and joining documents.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and interns.

HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage daily attendance, leave records, and employee data.
• Coordinate with management for payroll and salary-related activities.
• Prepare HR reports, employee cost sheets, and other HR MIS reports.
• Handle employee joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.

Employee Engagement & HR Coordination:

• Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for resolutions.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance review and appraisal processes.
• Prepare and communicate HR notices, policies, and announcements.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
