Key Responsibilities



Job Description : Hr Executive

 

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives

- Assist in performance management processes, feedback collection, and training coordination.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

- Handle employee queries and maintain HR records accurately. 

- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
