Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This role ensures compliance with employment laws and supports the organization's strategic business objectives through effective HR initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support organizational change management and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage HR systems and improve HR processes.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–8 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CIPD).
- Experience in talent management and organizational development.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning.
