Job Description

An Inside Sales Executive drives revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities via phone, email, and virtual meetings. They are responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, nurturing leads, conducting product demos, and achieving sales targets while using CRM software to track interactions. LinkedIn +2

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and following up on marketing leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Guiding leads through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Product Expertise: In-depth understanding of products/services to advise customers and articulate benefits.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with prospects and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
  • Pipeline Maintenance: Updating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate, detailed notes on lead status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
