Job Description
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Contact prospective customers to explain products or services and identify their needs.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Schedule product demonstrations and virtual meetings for potential clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
