Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to help grow our SaaS product, OneDesk. You will be responsible for understanding the product, interacting with potential customers, conducting online demos, following up with leads, and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the OneDesk Web & Mobile App in detail.
  • Call and follow up with leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations via Google Meet.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Handle customer queries and provide non-technical support.
  • Document technical issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain customer records.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.
  • Confident in speaking with customers over phone and video calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Meet, Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Experience in inside sales or telecalling is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
