Interior Designer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate Interior Designer who is excited about furniture, fabrics, furnishings, and product design. This role goes beyond traditional interior design and involves researching trends, developing furnishing products, creating mood boards, styling photoshoots, and contributing to the growth of our design studio and product brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, curiosity about materials, and the ability to translate ideas into commercially viable products and spaces.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Product DevelopmentResearch furniture, furnishing, and home décor trends.
• Develop concepts for upholstery, cushions, curtains, bedding, and home accessories.
• Create mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
• Assist in designing new furnishing collections.
• Work closely with vendors, artisans, and production teams during sampling and prototyping.
• Interior DesignPrepare space plans and furniture layouts.
• Develop design concepts and material specifications.
• Create client presentations and design proposals.
• Assist in site measurements and project coordination.
• Visualization & DocumentationCreate 2D drawings and technical details.
• Develop 3D models and realistic renders.
• Prepare BOQs, material schedules, and specifications.
• Maintain project documentation and design records.
• Styling & Brand DevelopmentStyle products for photoshoots and social media content.
• Assist in catalog development and product launches.
• Support content creation for Instagram, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Contribute ideas for brand storytelling and visual merchandising.
• Market ResearchStudy customer preferences and emerging design trends.
• Analyze competitor products and market opportunities.
• Source fabrics, trims, finishes, and materials.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of interior design principles.
• Excellent sense of color, texture, proportion, and styling.
• Knowledge of furniture and furnishing materials.
• Ability to create mood boards and presentations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Software SkillsPreferred knowledge of:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
• Photoshop
• Canva
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Product Design, or related field.
