Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive B2B Field Executive – Open Market Channel who will generate loan leads by working in the open market.

The candidate will connect directly with customers, small businesses, and local referral partners to source home loan and LAP cases.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate leads through open market activities and field visits

 Connect with walk-in customers, shop owners, self-employed professionals, and local networks

 Conduct area visits, society visits, and market surveys to identify potential loan customers

 Source customer documents and share details for loan processing (Home Loans, LAP, etc.)

 Coordinate with internal sales and operations team for case login and conversion

 Build and maintain relationships with local referral partners (CA, agents, property dealers, etc.)

 Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions

 Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and business sourcing Requirements

 Bike with valid driving license (mandatory)

 Good knowledge of Pune locations and local market

 Smartphone for communication and reporting

 Strong communication and convincing skills

 Comfortable with field sales and open market work

 Freshers with interest in field sales can apply Salary & Benefits

 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

 Incentives: Performance-based (high earning potential)

 Petrol Allowance: Provided for field visits

Working Details

 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

 Work Mode: Work from Office + Field Visits
