Job Description
The Office Boy will handle daily office support tasks such as serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness, running errands, and assisting staff. He ensures the office, pantry, and work areas stay clean and organized.
- Key ResponsibilitiesServe tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Dusting, cleaning, and maintaining overall office hygiene.
- Washing utensils and keeping the pantry clean.
- Assist in arranging and organizing office materials.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and basic filing.
- Perform bank work such as depositing/collecting documents or cheques.
- Manage courier work—sending, receiving, and recording deliveries.
- Run office errands as required.
- RequirementsBasic education (preferred).
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple small tasks efficiently.
