About the Role

NRIWAY is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the company's day-to-day business operations. This role is Hybrid and involves managing operational documentation, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and service providers, and ensuring that business processes run efficiently and accurately.

This position is ideal for individuals who have strong organizational and communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end processing of client applications.

* Coordinate with government departments, embassies, universities, and vendors.

* Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely completion.

* Verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.

* Update CRM and maintain accurate case records.

* Communicate with clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding case status.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Resolve client and vendor queries in a timely manner.

* Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

* Maintain confidentiality of client information.

General Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and compliance guidelines.

• Meet assigned deadlines and operational targets.

• Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Operations Manager.

• Adapt to changing priorities and support cross-functional operational requirements.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

* Customer-focused approach with a service mindset.

* Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, documentation, or service industry preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication and strong learning ability may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Experience in visa services, apostille, embassy attestation, documentation, property management, or customer service will be an added advantage.

* Timely completion of assigned cases.

* Accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
