POTTING TECHNICIAN
Department
Electronics Production
Reporting To
Production Engineer
Job Purpose
Responsible for preparation and execution of potting, encapsulation, conformal coating, and adhesive application activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Potting preparation.
- Potting of electronic assemblies.
- Conformal coating application.
- Loctite application.
- Surface preparation before coating.
- Maintain process records.
Technical Skills
- Resin mixing and preparation.
- Potting and encapsulation processes.
- Conformal coating techniques.
- Loctite application.
- ESD handling practices.
Qualification Requirement
- 10th / 12th Pass / ITI.
- Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing preferred.
Experience Requirement
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in potting, conformal coating, or adhesive application is an added advantage.
