Job Title: Production Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to ensure efficient operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, monitor, and control daily production activities to meet production schedules.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to resolve product quality concerns.
• Prepare production reports and maintain production records.
• Train and guide operators and production staff on process improvements and best practices.
• Participate in lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor material consumption and help reduce waste and rework.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Understanding of production planning and process optimization.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and quality control tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TPM concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and solve production-related problems.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting tools.
