About the Role:
Extensile Media is seeking confident, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals to join our Real Estate team as Pre-Sales Executives. If you enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about sales, this is the perfect opportunity to build a rewarding career in the booming real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
- Connect with prospective home buyers and investors.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable property options.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain strong relationships.
- Update and maintain lead data in CRM and daily reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or Real Estate will be an added advantage
