Real Estate Sales Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Investor Acquisition & Management:
• Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with HNI, UHNI, and corporate investors.
• Develop and present financial models and investment proformas to demonstrate project viability and ROI.
• Pitch exclusive investment opportunities, including joint ventures, outright land acquisitions, or development management models.
• Hi-End Sales Strategy:
• Promote and sell luxury properties (villas, premium townships, penthouses) to discerning clients.
• Conduct personalized, high-touch property tours that highlight lifestyle benefits and premium features.
• Negotiate and close high-value transactions with extreme discretion and professionalism.
• Market Analysis & Network Building:
• Conduct deep-dive market research on pricing dynamics, sales velocity, and competitor activities.
• Manage a wide network of channel partners, brokers, and industry stakeholders to expand lead generation.
• Organize invitation-only events and private property showcases for elite clientele.
