Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
- Attend and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Maintain office filing and documentation.
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and record keeping.
- Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors when required.
- Support day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Requirements
- SSC/HSC.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Polite, well-presented, punctual, and organized.
