Job Description
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties
- Handle leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and references
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits
- Follow up with prospects regularly to drive conversions
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities
- Coordinate with CRM, pre-sales, and management teams for smooth processing
- Assist clients with documentation and booking formalities
- Ensure proper handover to post-sales/CRM team after booking
