Job Description

Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen teams to ensure adequate shift coverage and optimal performance.

Customer Experience: Greet guests, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality dining experience that drives loyalty.

Financial Management: Monitor sales and expenses, manage budgets, process payroll, and track revenue to maximize profitability.

Inventory & Procurement: Track stock levels, order food, beverages, and supplies, and negotiate with vendors to prevent shortages.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce food control, sanitation standards, licensing laws, and health and safety regulations to ensure a compliant workspace.

Strong conflict resolution, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., POS systems, reservation software).

Deep understanding of food and beverage trends.

Physical stamina to work long, irregular hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
