Sales Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of active experience in the security surveillance, smart automation, and display solutions sectors to join our team in a 100% Work From Home (WFH) capacity.

In this role, you will drive business growth by managing B2B dealer networks, system integrators, and institutional clients across our specific product segments. This position features a performance-based salary structure ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month, directly tied to sales target achievements.

Product Portfolio FocusThe candidate will actively pitch, quote, and sell the following product categories:

• CCTV Surveillance: IP and Analog cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and specialized surveillance networking gear.
• Building & Home Automation: Smart lighting, climate control, and integrated IoT automation systems.
• Intrusion Alarm Systems: Wired and wireless burglar alarms, motion sensors, glass-break detectors, and control panels.
• Interactive Panels: Smart touch displays, digital boards, and interactive solutions for corporate boardrooms and educational institutions.
• Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Network Expansion: Identify, cold-call, and onboard system integrators, AV consultants, automation specialists, and hardware dealers.
• Solution-Based Pitching: Understand client requirements to cross-sell and bundle products (e.g., pitching intrusion alarms and automation alongside standard CCTV setups).
• Remote Sales Management: Conduct virtual product presentations, share customized commercial quotations, and negotiate pricing/discounts within company-approved margins.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets across the product categories.
• Sales Administration Support: Coordinate closely with back-office teams to verify stock availability, ensure correct billing/shipping details, and assist in payment collections.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience specifically within CCTV, automation, or security systems channels is mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: Practical understanding of how these systems integrate (e.g., linking alarm systems with CCTV or automation controllers).
• Remote Infrastructure: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a laptop/computer, and a professional home working environment.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-management skills. Comfortable managing a daily call volume independently.
