Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Promote domestic and international holiday packages.
• Follow up with customer enquiries and generate sales.
• Create and manage WhatsApp groups for travel promotions.
• Send professional email campaigns and follow-up emails.
• Build customer relationships and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with the Reservations and Operations teams.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Learn travel products, destinations, and customer handling.

Eligibility

• 2nd Year College Students
• Final Year Students
• Fresh Graduates
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, Internet).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• This is a Work From Office (WFO) internship. Candidates are required to work from our Hinjewadi, Pune office only.
• Candidates must have their own laptop for internship work.
• The company will provide an official SIM card for business communication with customers.
• Candidates should be available to work during the allotted internship hours and maintain professional conduct throughout the internship.

Stipend & Earnings

Fixed Stipend

• ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month (Based on attendance and performance).

Performance Incentives

• Attractive incentives on every successful booking.
• Daily incentive opportunities based on sales performance.

Earning Potential

• Top-performing interns can earn approximately ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per day through incentives and commissions, depending on successful holiday package bookings and overall performance.
