Job Description – Insurance Executive / Relationship Manager Position: Insurance Executive / Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to manage insurance sales, policy servicing, customer relationships, and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with insurance products, ensuring timely policy renewals, and providing excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities Promote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions to customers.
- Assist customers with policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for smooth policy processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Follow regulatory and compliance requirements related to insurance operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and sales performance reports.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
- IRDAI certification (preferred, if applicable).
- Experience1–5+ years of experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Preferred Attributes Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
