This role requires strong editing skills, creative direction, and the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities✂️ Video Editing & ProductionEdit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Ads & Courses
• Create engaging short-form & long-form content
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design
• Maintain brand style and visual consistency across videos
• 🎥 Creative DirectionUnderstand scripts and suggest creative editing ideas
• Convert raw footage into engaging storytelling videos
• Suggest new video formats, hooks and viral trends
• 📈 Marketing & Ad CreativesEdit performance marketing ads (Meta/YouTube)
• Create high-converting video ads and promotional content
• Optimize videos for engagement and retention
• 👨‍💻 Team CollaborationWork closely with content creators, designers & marketing team
• Manage and mentor junior editors (if required)
• Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• 🧠 Required SkillsMust Have3+ years experience in professional video editing
• Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects
• Ability to create engaging titles, kinetic typography, reels templates and ad creatives using After Effects
• Experience in Reels / YouTube / Ads editing
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling & music sync
• Ability to work fast and deliver daily content
• Experience in color correction, sound design, and multi-format export for social media platforms
• Good to HaveMotion graphics & animation skills
• Color grading knowledge
• Basic understanding of social media marketing
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
