Job Description

  1. Social Media Management and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content calendars, coordinate with design teams, and ensure timely posting.
  • Manage community engagement — respond to messages, comments, and DMs.
  • Ad Campaigns & Meta SuitePlan, create, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Define audience targeting, budget allocation, and track campaign ROI.
  • Set up Pixel tracking, lead forms, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Manage A/B testing and performance analytics.
  • Automation & Integration: Implement automation workflows using tools like Meta automation.
  • Integrate lead forms, CRM tools, and follow-up workflows for efficiency.
  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize automation performance.
  • WordPress Website ManagementUpdate, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites for performance and SEO.
  • Manage landing pages for lead generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for UI/UX improvements.
