  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging
  • Manage posting schedule across all platforms
  • 📊 Growth & Performance MarketingAnalyze social media insights and performance metrics
  • Optimize content based on reach, engagement & conversions
  • Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Generate leads via organic + paid strategies
  • 💬 Community & Brand BuildingManage comments, DMs & audience engagement
  • Build strong online community & trust
  • Collaborate with influencers & partners
  • 🧠 Required Skills2+ years experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube growth
  • Experience running Meta Ads (Lead Generation preferred)
  • Excellent copywriting skills (Hinglish + English)
  • Strong knowledge of content trends & viral hooks
  • Basic understanding of Canva / CapCut / Editing workflow
  • Analytical mindset (Instagram Insights, Meta Ads Manager)
  • ⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred)Experience in Education / Finance / Digital Marketing niche
