Store Executive

Job Overview

• Position: Store Executive / Store In-charge
• Industry: Mechanical Manufacturing / Sheet Metal Working / Elevator- Lift Components
• Location: Khed Shivapur, Velu Phata, Pune- Maharashtra
• Reporting To: Plant Head

Core Responsibilities

• Material Receipt & Inspection: Verify incoming mechanical parts, raw materials, and consumables against Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery challans. Perform quality checks for damages or quantity discrepancies.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse. Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to reconcile with the system.
• Shop Floor Issuance: Issue raw materials and engineering spares to the production or maintenance floor strictly against authorized Material Requisition Slips.
• Documentation & ERP: Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain proper records of all inward/outward material transactions in ERP system.

Storage & Preservation: Implement scientific storage practices including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out). Ensure heavy mechanical parts are stored with proper rust prevention and identification.

• Safety & Audits: Maintain strict adherence to 5S and safety standards. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate traceability and documentation.
