Job Description

 

📋 Key Responsibilities

✅ Data entry and record maintenance in Excel & Google Sheets

✅ Maintain customer and vendor databases

✅ Manage phone calls and office correspondence

✅ Track and update inventory/stock records of laptops, desktops, spare parts, and accessories

✅ Maintain inward and outward stock registers

✅ Coordinate with technicians regarding stock issuance and returns

✅ Maintain filing and documentation systems

✅ Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks

 

🎯 Requirements

✔️ Female candidates preferred (Male candidates may also apply)

✔️ 10th / 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

✔️ Good organizational and communication skills (Marathi preferred)

✔️ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

✔️ Experience in inventory/stock management is an advantage

✔️ Freshers with good computer skills are welcome to apply
