Job description

You will need to build a strong understanding of a clients risk profile, attitude towards risk, and

investment objectives to act as a personal relationship manager who can recommend right product to the resident individual clients, NRIs, family or a Corporate Group.

The quality of work expected from a relationship manager includes:

1. Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. 

2. Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. 

3. Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value. 

4. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

5. Handle sales activities for real estate projects

6. Engage with prospective buyers and promote property offerings

7. Build and maintain relationships with builders and customers an schedule site visits.

8. Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
