Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach to handle outbound and inbound calls effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain products and services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily calling and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18–30 Years
• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: Basic English
• Preferred Industry: Outsourcing – BPO/BPM
