Job Description
Dentospire is India's leading AI-powered dental clinic software, used by 500+ dentists. Built in Pune by a practising dentist. Bootstrapped, profitable, growing fast.
This is a PART-TIME, work-from-home telecaller role. We need callers to ring dental clinics across India and book product demos.
What you will do:
- Minimum 50 calls per day (max is up to you - top performers do 70-80)
- - Call dental clinics from our leads list (Hindi/Marathi/English)
- - Introduce Dentospire in simple language
- - Book demos with interested dentists
- - Log calls in our CRM (we train you, no cold scripts)
Who should apply:
- 12th pass or higher
- - Some telecalling experience preferred (freshers with strong communication welcome)
- - Fluent Hindi + Marathi (Basic English enough)
- - Dental field background a big plus (BDS grads especially welcome)
- - Anyone who loves talking to people and closing deals
What we offer:
- Fixed Rs. 12,000 per month (part-time, flexible hours)
- - PLUS 10% commission on whatever plan the clinic subscribes to (one-time, per conversion). Example: Rs. 7,500 plan = Rs. 750, Rs. 10,000 plan = Rs. 1,000, Rs. 15,000 plan = Rs. 1,500 and so on.
- - Training on dental clinic workflow (1 week)
- - Growth into BDE / Account Manager in 6-12 months for top performers
- - Young team, no politics
- - Sundays off, flexible part-time hours
- - Work from home, Pune-based team
