Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining company services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information
- Maintain call records and update data regularly
- Follow up with interested customers
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and polite speaking ability
- Ability to convince customers
- Positive attitude and teamwork
