Job Description

The Telecalling Executive will contact customers to follow up on overdue payments, remind them about outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collection of dues. The role requires good communication skills, customer handling abilities, and coordination with the accounts team.


Key Responsibilities:

Call customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices.

Send payment reminders through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Follow up regularly to ensure timely payment collection.

Maintain records of customer conversations and payment commitments.

Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding payment status.

Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments. Good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Ability to handle customers professionally.

Strong follow-up and record-keeping skills.
