Job Description


  • Sales Closing: Answer questions about products or the company, understand customer needs, and close sales.
  • Lead Generation: Push for direct sales and gather valid customer leads for the on-field sales team.
  • Database Management: Enter and update customer information, call logs, and sales details in the CRM system.
  • Grievance Handling: Handle customer complaints or doubts calmly to maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Familiar with Excel & Word
  • Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Present product value propositions clearly, handle customer objections professionally, and negotiate pricing/terms to close deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build rapport with prospective clients to foster long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business or referrals.
  • trong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Time Management: Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills to manage call schedules and pipeline follow-ups efficiently.
