The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in insurance sales. You will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer queries, and promoting insurance products over the phone.

🎯 Generate leads, close sales, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

🤝 Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service

📝 Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the CRM system

📋 Assist customers with policy renewals and resolve their queries professionally

👥 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and customer support

📈 Stay updated with insurance products, offers, and industry trends

💼 Deliver a positive customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (As per Skill & Experience)

💸 Incentive: ₹30,000+ (Based on Performance)
