Position: Telecalling Executive
Department: Sales / Customer Service / Support Executive.
Employment Type: Full-time
Role OverviewA Telecalling Executive is responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services, generate leads, provide information, or resolve customer issues. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Follow up with customers to close sales or collect feedback.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department.
Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
Prepare and share daily call reports with the supervisor.
Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or graduate degree (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.
