Job Description
- Lead Management: Handle and respond to incoming inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and Justdial promptly.
- Quotation Generation: Prepare accurate and professional price quotations based on client requirements and product specifications.
- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Conduct professional sales calls to explain product features (Interior/Exterior) and understand customer needs.
- Client Follow-up: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with potential clients to close deals and build long-term relationships.
- Data Management: Accurately record all lead details, call logs, and sales statuses in Microsoft Excel or CRM software.
- Inside Sales Coordination: Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person meetings for the senior sales team when necessary.
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on the technical aspects of our interior and exterior product range to provide expert consultations to clients.
