*Job Overview*:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Traffic Executive to manage transportation operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, good communication, and the ability to coordinate between demand and supply.

*Key Responsibilities*

•Liaise and negotiate with transporters and suppliers for timely truck placement at competitive rates

•Manage matchmaking between demand and supply

•Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

•Perform cold calling to generate new opportunities

•Handle bill preparation and documentation

•Track and monitor vehicles to ensure smooth operations

•Follow up on POD (Proof of Delivery)

•Manage escalations effectively

•Handle outstanding payment follow-ups

*Requirements*:

•Experience: 1–8 years in logistics/transportation

•Strong negotiation and communication skills

•Knowledge of vehicle placement is preferred

•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
