Job Description

Programming: Write and edit G-code/M-code or generate toolpaths using software Mastercam

Setup & Prove-out: Handle machine setup, work/tool offsets, and dry runs/prove-outs of new programs on VMC controls Fanuc

Process Optimization: Improve cutting parameters (feeds, speeds, and tool selection) to reduce cycle times and material waste.

Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools like Trimos, Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

Troubleshooting: Resolve machining errors, tool wear issues, or program anomalies on the shop floor.
