Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to support our finance team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment entries
  • Assist in preparing monthly/annual financial reports
  • Maintain vendor and client accounts
  • Support audits and compliance requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts department
