Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong experience in handling GST, TDS, and overall financial compliance, specifically for a construction/real estate company. The candidate should be well-versed with accounting practices and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.)
- TDS calculation, filing & returns
- Maintaining books of accounts in Tally
- Handling vendor payments and ledger reconciliation
- Managing statutory compliance for construction projects
- Coordination with CA for audits and filings
- Preparing financial reports, MIS & cash flow statements
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of GST & TDS filings
- Hands-on experience with Tally
- Experience in construction/real estate industry preferred
- Good understanding of compliance and taxation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
