• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budgets and assist with financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis.
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation.
• Process payroll and related financial activities, if required.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend financial improvements.

Prepare and file monthly GST returns accurately and within prescribed deadlines.

Reconcile sales, purchases, input tax credit (ITC), and GST liability.

Verify GST data from invoices, accounting records, and ERP/accounting software.

Prepare and file returns such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, as applicable.

Monitor input tax credit eligibility and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

Reconcile GST returns with books of accounts and vendor/customer records.

Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve GST-related discrepancies.

• Maintain GST records, documentation, and audit trails.
