Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Team ASK Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, invoicing, payment follow-ups, bank reconciliation, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting software and taxation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Prepare Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Payment Vouchers.
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.
• Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
• Coordinate with auditors and CA for financial documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports and monthly financial statements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Accounts & Finance
• Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Construction
