Accountant/ Accounts Executive

•     Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally ERP / Tally Prime with accuracy and timeliness

•     Prepare and process GST invoices, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes for solar product transactions

•     File monthly and quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure full GST compliance. work on GST portal

•     Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a daily / weekly basis

•     Manage accounts payable and receivable — track vendor payments, customer outstanding, and follow up on dues

•     Coordinate with the sales and store team for purchase orders, GRN entries, and dispatch documentation

•     Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and MIS reports to management

•     Handle petty cash management, expense vouchers, and daily cash flow entries

•     Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and timely payment and return filing. work on TDS portal

•     Coordinate with auditors, CA, and external consultants during audits and annual filings

•     Maintain proper filing and documentation of all invoices, challans, and financial records

•     Ensure timely preparation of salary statements, reimbursements, and staff expense settlements
