Job Description
1)Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounting documents.
2)Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
3)Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
4)Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
5)Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports and ensure timely filing.
6)Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
7)Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.
8)Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
9)Generate financial reports and MIS reports as required by management.
10)Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payment and accounting matters.
11)Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
