Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
  • Maintain customer account records and recovery status.
  • Update receipts and payment entries.
  • Assist with basic accounting and reconciliation tasks.
  • Prepare payment reminders and account statements.


Requirements:

  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • B.Com or equivalent preferred.
