Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models and may engage in diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in AI-driven products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes and share knowledge.
- Assist in documenting technical processes and best practices to support team learning.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence models and their integration into solutions.
- Ability to work with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Competence in handling data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
