As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and maintaining the reliability and availability of software services that support business functions. Collaboration with different teams to understand system dependencies and impact is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through effective problem resolution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate incident management and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot distributed systems and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
