Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their concerns and ensuring smooth operation of world-class systems. The practitioner dedicates time to accurately identifying client issues and designing appropriate solutions, fostering a seamless experience and continuous system reliability through proactive engagement and problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Document and share knowledge to support team learning and continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members in understanding system functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Ability to develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance system management.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
