Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining seamless operations by ensuring clear and effective communication with clients. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client concerns thoroughly, identifying issues accurately, and collaborating with relevant teams to design and implement appropriate solutions. The position requires a commitment to quality and responsiveness, ensuring that the systems continue to perform at a high standard while fostering strong client relationships through consistent support and follow-up.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Document and track client interactions and resolutions to maintain knowledge base accuracy.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance support efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Zscaler Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based security frameworks and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system and application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices to ensure robust protection of client systems.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining system performance to prevent downtime and disruptions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Zscaler Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
