Architect

About the Role: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 2+ years of professional experience in architectural and interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for design development, working drawings, coordination with consultants, site execution support, and ensuring projects are delivered as per design intent and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & PlanningDevelop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.

Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and presentation drawings.Create detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.

Assist in design development from concept to execution stage.

Technical DocumentationPrepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.Coordinate BOQs and material specifications.Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and regulations.

Project CoordinationCoordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, landscape, and other consultants.Attend client meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

Resolve design and site-related issues in coordination with the project team.

Site Execution & SupervisionConduct regular site visits and inspections.Verify site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.Ensure execution matches approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project progress and quality standards.

Assist in material approvals and mock-up reviews.Software & DocumentationPrepare presentations and design reports.Maintain project documentation and drawing records.Update revisions and manage drawing submissions.Required SkillsStrong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong attention to detail and time management.

Ability to independently handle projects and client coordination.Good understanding of materials, finishes, and modular furniture detailing.
